Capt. Rathee is a multifaceted professional with 20+ years of experience in policy, governance reforms, operations, international relations, and regulatory affairs across government and corporate sectors. He has led large-scale projects, enabled strategic investments, and shaped impactful public policy. Academically, he holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics, a Postgraduate in Business Management.

As a trained aviator, he has held key roles within India’s civil aviation ecosystem—DGCA’s Licensing, Enforcement, and Airworthiness divisions—contributing to ICAO and FAA audit preparedness. His aviation career includes certifications from national and international bodies and leadership in regulatory and instructional capacities.

He has engaged professionally across 30+ countries, collaborating with major aerospace firms like United Aircraft Corporation, Irkut MC-21, and MineWolf Systems. A landmark achievement includes facilitating Tripura’s first-ever FDI from a major European cooperative. Currently, he serves as Special Representative & Advisor to the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC), advancing tribal socio-economic development.
