Dr. Suar currently serves as the Chairman of the BCKIC Foundation, where he leads initiatives to promote technology for all, with a focus on public health innovation and technology deployment.
As the CEO of KIIT-TBI, Dr. Suar has nurtured more than 430 start-up companies, creating nearly 6000 jobs. He has also established a Centre of Excellence, supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.

Dr. Namrata Misra is a dynamic leader with a decade of experience contributing to the innovation and startup ecosystem. She holds a Master’s degree from Banaras Hindu University and a Ph.D. in Life Science from the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research, ACSIR (CSIR-IMMT), GoI. Currently, she is CEO of BCKIC Foundation and an advisor at KIIT-TBI.
As one of the founding members of KIIT Technology Business Incubator (TBI), she has played a pivotal role in its growth journey. Currently, she is an advisor at KIIT-TBI.
During her tenure, as a Head of Technology Incubation Dr. Misra oversaw tech-driven startup incubation operations, managing numerous programs and ensuring the successful development of technologies from concept to commercialization. She was responsible for incubation policy formulation, securing government and private funding, and ensuring compliance with state and central ministries.
Dr. Misra has actively collaborated with R&D institutes, universities, and colleges in Odisha to cultivate an authentic innovation culture and mentor nascent incubation managers.

He is also skilled in development communications, mainstreaming gender equity, rural development, good governance, volunteerism, and human rights advocacy.
Shishir founded YES We Can, a consulting institution that empowers and engages with educational institutions, civil society, corporate, and government entities to drive positive change. He is known for his strong presence in advocacy campaigns and movements in Odisha, leading to important policy changes in education, youth, handicrafts, handloom, media, and civil society sectors.
Currently, he serves as the Adviser for Stakeholder Engagement at BCKIC (Bhubaneswar City Knowledge and Innovation Cluster), an initiative of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. In this role, he engages with stakeholders from government, corporate, and civil society to drive collaboration and innovation.
