Strengthening Civil-Military Synergy in Odisha.
Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster (BCKIC) was honoured to be part of a high-level meeting chaired by Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, held at Lok Bhavan on July 31, 2026.
The meeting brought together senior representatives from the Army Air Defence College (AADC), Gopalpur, along with Senior Administrative Officials and Leadership of the Government of Odisha, to review collaborative proposals aimed at strengthening civil-military cooperation and boosting defence integration within the state.
BCKIC has an active MoU with AADC and has been continuously working to bridge the gap between defence requirements and innovation β enabling hashtagdefence-focused hashtagstartups incubated at KIIT-Technology Business Incubator to develop and deploy solutions against real problem statements received from AADC.
This engagement reaffirms BCKIC’s commitment to advancing defence hashtaginnovation, hashtagindigenoustechnologydevelopment, and hashtagAtmanirbharBharat through strong institutional hashtagpartnerships.
