About the Initiative
The Odisha MSME & Enterprise Growth Enablement Program is a strategic enterprise development initiative designed to strengthen the growth ecosystem for micro, small, and emerging enterprises across Odisha and Jharkhand.
The programme begins with a comprehensive Baseline Survey & Need Assessment aimed at identifying high-potential enterprises, mapping critical growth barriers, and building a data-driven roadmap for long-term enterprise incubation and CSR-led economic development.
Implemented by Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster (BCKIC Foundation), the initiative focuses on creating scalable pathways for enterprise formalization, sustainability, market access, financial readiness, and livelihood generation.

Why This Initiative Matters
Odisha and Jharkhand together host millions of micro and small enterprises that form the backbone of local livelihoods and rural economies.
However, a large percentage of enterprises continue to struggle with:
