From Evidence to Action: Empowering MSMEs Across Odisha and Jharkhand
Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster Foundation with support from Pernod Ricard India, successfully hosted the MSME Growth Enablement Stakeholder Connect.
The event was graced by Smt. Nitisha Mann, IES, Joint Director, MSME DFO, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, as the Guest of Honour, and Sh. Rahul Kumar Purwar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand, as the Chief Guest. The programme also featured addresses by Dr. Namrata Misra, CEO, BCKIC; Dr Mrutyunjay Suar, PhD, Chairman, BCKIC; and Ms Anantika Singh, Senior Director- CSR, Pernod Ricard.
A major highlight of the event was the launch of the MSME Ecosystem Report for Odisha and Jharkhand, along with the announcement of Pernod Ricard’s Intervention Plan for MSMEs; structured around the recommendations and baseline evidence drawn from this comprehensive two-state survey.
The event also featured an engaging panel discussion on “Enabling MSME Growth,” covering critical themes such as Access to #Finance, #MarketAccess, #TechnologyAdoption, #Talent & #Skilling, and #Infrastructure, with esteemed panellists including: Ms. Rajya Laxmi Regional Director – Trade Promotion, World Trade Centre Bhubaneswar and Ms. Sutanuka Sarkar – Manager CSR, Pernod Ricard India.
